Graduating Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude in Economics and Mathematics Loren spent the first seventeen years of his career working in a multinational organization with 12,000 full time personnel in 150 + countries. In one demanding stress filled decade he went from raw college recruit to leading their overall U.S. operation of 2600 full time staff in 16 varied divisions. He helped grow the organization to the point where it is now the largest of its kind in the country.
His years of corporate management experience combined with his extensive personal experience using consulting services while in corporate leadership (investing over a $1,000,000) along with an unexpected first client who came to him, Disney Corporation, led him to launch his rapidly growing consulting practice. Word of mouth soon generated significant growth. Loren is passionate about helping leaders to grow their team through executive coaching, team building and people development.
